Thank you for shopping with FXBG Supply Co.! Below you'll find important information about how we handle shipping for your orders.

Processing Time
All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Times
After processing, typical shipping times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and the product ordered. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, production and shipping times may be longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping address. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — be sure to sign up for our email list to stay updated!

International Shipping
At this time, FXBG Supply Co. ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays and Issues
We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, but occasional delays with carriers are beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days after shipping, please contact us at contact@fxbgsupplyco.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please reach out to us at contact@fxbgsupplyco.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find a solution!
